Artsakh Republic President Arayik Haroutunyan has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his birthday. The message reads:

“Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

On behalf of Artsakh’s people and authorities, and on my own behalf, I warmly congratulate you on your birthday.

I am confident that by mobilizing the efforts and the potential of Mother Armenia, Artsakh and the Armenian Diaspora, we will be able to successfully and effectively solve the problems facing our people in today’s difficult conditions, implement programs for the development and strengthening of our Motherland.
