Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Antonio Guterres on being re-elected as UN Secretary-General. The message reads:

In the face of emerging geopolitical challenges, the introduction of multilateral diplomacy is invaluable. In this context, the UN system is an essential platform that leads the global effort for peace, respect for human rights and sustainable development.

During your first term as Secretary-General, you demonstrated strong leadership and a valuable commitment to the principles and values advocated by the United Nations.
