Prime Minister Xavier Bettel of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg sent a message of congratulations to Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan over his Civil Contract party’s victory in the parliamentary elections. The message reads:

“Dear Mr. Acting Prime Minister,

On behalf of the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and on my own behalf, I would like to congratulate you on your political party’s victory in the parliamentary elections.

I wish you every success in the accomplishment of your high mission. I also wish to express my hope to continue to work with you and your government in a bid to develop the relations between our two countries and to further strengthen the deep-rooted bonds of friendship between the people of Luxembourg and the people of Armenia.

I am convinced that the confidence placed in you by your compatriots will help you pursue the ongoing reforms for the benefit of Armenian society, economy and political stability.”
