Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a cogratulatory message to President of Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in on the National Day.

''Your Excellency,

I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of the Republic of Korea on the national holiday - Liberation Day.

I am glad to record that since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Korea has been developing, strengthening in the spirit of mutual respect and friendship. Next year will mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations and I am confident that in the near future, with joint efforts, we will be able to make the agenda of the Armenian-Korean bilateral cooperation more inclusive and comprehensive for the benefit of our peoples.

I am hopeful that the dialogue between South and North Korea, despite all the difficulties, will continue and deepen, paving the way for th establishment of lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula.
