The congratulatory message of Romanian Prime Minister Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă reads as follows,
"Your Excellency, Mr. Prime Minister,
On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Armenia, I have the special honor to convey to you and the Armenian people my warmest and most sincere congratulations.
Our relations of friendship and cooperation are based on a long tradition and the presence of the Armenian community in Romania.
