Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on the occasion of Independence Day. The message reads as follows,

"Please accept my warm congratulations on the Independence Day of Turkmenistan.

I am sure that the traditional friendship, mutual respect and understanding of our peoples are a firm foundation for the expansion and development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

I am sure that as a result of consistent joint work, we will manage to introduce new programs to the bilateral agenda and raise the quality of cooperation between Armenia and Turkmenistan to a higher level.

I wish Your Excellency good health and every success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Turkmenistan."
