Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Prime Minister of the State of Qatar, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdalrahman Al Thani. The message reads as follows,

"Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I heartily congratulate you on your appointment as the Prime Minister of the State of Qatar.

I fondly remember my visit to the State of Qatar in June of last year and the high-level hospitality shown to me and my delegation I led during it. Indeed, the agreements reached within the framework of the visit and the documents signed gave a new impetus to the relations between our countries.

I am confident that with joint efforts we can further deepen and expand mutually beneficial cooperation for the benefit of our two peoples.

Congratulating you once again, I wish Your Excellency good health and every success, and lasting prosperity to the people of Qatar”.
