The regular Cabinet meeting was held, chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the Government referred to sending humanitarian aid from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh and the goals of Azerbaijan's actions.
The Government approved the proposal to sign the funding agreement "EU support for education in Armenia" between the Republic of Armenia and the European Commission. This envisages the signing of the funding agreement "EU support for education in Armenia" between the Republic of Armenia and the European Commission, by which the European Union will provide budgetary support to Armenia on a grant basis in the amount of 29.3 million euros. In addition, in order to assist the implementation of the Project, additional technical assistance in the amount of 2.7 million euros will be provided (total cost of the Project: 32 million euros). Co-financing by the Republic of Armenia is not planned.
Based on the models and achievements of the "EU for Innovation" program funded by the EU, the Program will cover all schools of Ararat, Kotayk and Gegharkunik Provinces and 13 schools of Kapan city of Syunik Province. In total, up to 337 schools will have renovated and equipped STEM laboratories, trained teachers and updated training methodology.

By the government decision, the bill "On making additions to the law on the remuneration of persons occupying state positions and public service positions" was approved.
The adoption of the bill is conditioned by the need to revise the remuneration system for judges of the court of the first instance and stems from the need to guarantee the independence of the judge, as well as to ensure the attractiveness of existing vacant positions of judges of the first instance courts for highly qualified professionals. The bill proposes to establish a 60% increase for judges of the Court of First Instance, Bankruptcy Court and Administrative Court, ensuring the remuneration commensurate with the high status and responsibility of the judge. The Head of the Government emphasized the change of salaries and financial expenditure, stressing that it should also imply substantive changes.
The government adopted a decision by which money will be allocated to the regional administration of Aragatsotn, Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Shirak, Syunik and Tavush Provinces in order to ensure the development of the economic and social infrastructure of the communities.
The adoption of the decision is due to the need to ensure the effective implementation of programs received from the communities of the Republic of Armenia aimed at developing economic and social infrastructures, in accordance with the provisions of the procedure established by subparagraph 2 of paragraph 1 of the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 16, 2006 No. 1708-N “On approval of the procedure of provision of subventions to communities from the state budget of the Republic of Armenia”.
